At the heart of everything that Manoj cooks today, are the traditional recipes and techniques that he learnt from his mother in India. Blended with modern expertise from his experiences in the kitchens of The Savoy, Claridges and other luxury renowned restaurants, Karnavar offers some of the finest Indian dining in London today.

Fresh fish, well bred meat, peppers, capsicums, chillis, cardamom, cashews, saffron, cumin, mangoes, coconut and many styles of rice are all fond flavours and ingredients of his childhood. Manoj has judiciously balanced the flavours while designing the menu at the Karnavar’s, thanks to his passion and his heritage.
